Melanin & Mentorship is a community-based educational platform providing mentorship-inspired resources, events, content, and community support primarily for women of color in business and entrepreneurship.

By purchasing a membership, event ticket, digital product, or subscription from Melanin & Mentorship, you agree to the following terms:

• Payments are due at the time of purchase or according to the payment plan chosen.

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds on digital products, memberships, or services unless explicitly stated otherwise. All purchases are final.

• Cancellations: You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Canceling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period.

• For Business Listing fees, inclusion begins upon receipt of full payment and profile submission.

6. Community Conduct & Group Participation

Melanin & Mentorship offers private groups and community spaces (forums, social channels, private events). By participating, you agree:

• To respect all members regardless of background, experience, or identity.

• No harassment, hate speech, or spamming will be tolerated.

• You may be removed or blocked from groups, forums, or events without refund if you violate these terms or disrupt the safe space of others.

• We reserve the right to moderate and remove posts that do not align with our mission or values.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including branding, images, video, written content, logos, taglines, and downloadable materials—is the intellectual property of Melanin & Mentorship, unless otherwise credited.
